Welcome! I'm Janie Seecharan, Founder of Ignite Your Flow Yoga & Wellness.

My mission is simple: to help people reconnect with themselves so they can lead, create, and live with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Before founding Ignite Your Flow, I spent seven years building my career in corporate finance after earning my degree from the University of Florida. As I advanced into leadership, I had the opportunity to work alongside executive teams, support strategic decision-making, and experience firsthand what it takes to succeed in high-performing environments.

I understand the drive, dedication, and commitment that fuel exceptional results because I lived it. But I also learned that sustainable success requires more than ambition alone. It requires the tools to manage stress, regulate the nervous system, and create space to recharge before reaching the point of burnout.

Through my own journey, I rediscovered yoga not simply as movement, but as a lifelong practice for cultivating self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable well-being. That experience now shapes how I serve others: combining real-world business and life experience with evidence-informed wellness practices to help leaders, organizations, and various communities support their people and create cultures where individuals can thrive.

Whether I'm facilitating a leadership retreat, speaking at a conference, leading a corporate wellness experience, or guiding a community class, my goal is always the same: to provide practical tools that create lasting impact long after our time together.

I honor yoga as a holistic practice that extends far beyond movement. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with trauma-informed training, I believe yoga is a pathway to greater presence, resilience, and authentic connection.
