FREE Yoga Class with Fabletics at The Mall at Millenia

Join me for a FREE empowering and restorative morning yoga flow at Fabletics at The Mall at Millenia on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 10am.

This 60 minute flow is beginner-friendly and will offer a holistic experience incorporating meditation and breathwork to deepen our mind-body connection and move together through a practice that supports our physical, mental, and emotional well-being - regulating our nervous systems, throwing perfectionism out the door, and finding peace within! A space where you can truly be present!

When: Sunday October 19th

Time: 10am-11am. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure your spot on the floor

Store Location: 2nd floor across from Forever21

Parking: By Macy's or the food court

Items to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water and a sweat towel.

Light + Hope: A Special Monday Practice To Celebrate Diwali + Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Join us outdoors in Thornton Park, Downtown Orlando for a special evening of yoga, meditation, and community connection as we celebrate Diwali - the Festival of Lights and honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This evening is about celebrating resilience, shining our inner light, and supporting the fight against breast cancer. Your ticket includes a candle, trataka meditation, yoga flow, strawberry smoothie, and community connection!

New Moon Mercado Yoga At Kaya Orlando

Meet me under the beautiful Bodhi Tree at Kaya Orlando!

Join me at The Moon Mercado for an evening of community at Kaya Orlando, a Filipino neighborhood restaurant + bar located in Orlando’s Mills50 district! ✨

The Moon Mercado is a free community night market providing a space to practice yoga under the moon, shop various vendors, fill your heart with delicious foods, and build genuine community connection!

Join us for a night of yap n scrap, local merchants, yoga under the bodhi tree + hella good vibes all around ✨

Our yoga session is $15, beginner and family friendly! If you miss registration, please feel free to still drop into class for $15! We start at 6:30pm!

What to Expect For Yoga:

Embrace the energy of the New Moon as we flow through a calming and empowering new moon yoga flow welcoming new beginnings. Our flow will incorporate meditation, gentle yoga, and Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) promoting balance and self-discovery as we channel the energy of the moon around us + within us.

Please bring the following and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Yoga blocks and/or any other supportive tools to make your practice comfortable

  • Blanket or towel for under your mat (optional but note, we will be doing yoga in the garden)

  • Water

  • Dress comfy

After Yoga, enjoy community, shopping, delicious food, intention setting yap + scrap, and good vibes!
