Bookings are not confirmed until payment requirements have been satisfied.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Private sessions, events, and services may be subject to specific cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled private session may be rescheduled.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited.
Deposits for private events, workshops, retreats, and corporate bookings may be non-refundable.
Refund eligibility is determined at the discretion of Ignite Your Flow Yoga & Wellness and any written service agreement.
