Together we will prepare & honor the roots of Mama Cacao then move into a releasing/intention setting meditation, guided breathwork, yoga, guided journaling, sacred sharing & closing affirmations. The ritual is customizable to your intentions so if you would like a different flow, let me know! Offerings range from 1:1 to groups of 6.
