I’m so honored and excited to support The Black Empowerment & Community Council during their Senior Fun Day event in Kissimmee, FL on Friday, August 29th!
They’ve organized this Senior Fun Day to serve the local seniors with love, joy, and resources!
I will be leading a FREE chair yoga session at 7:30PM during the event - you don’t want to miss it!
