Join me for a FREE empowering and restorative morning yoga flow at Fabletics at Disney Springs on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 9:00am.

This flow is beginner-friendly and will offer a holistic experience incorporating meditation and breathwork to deepen our mind-body connection and move together through a practice that supports our physical, mental, and emotional well-being - regulating our nervous systems, throwing perfectionism out the door, and finding peace within! A space where you can truly be present!

When: Friday, September 19th

Time: 9:00am - Please arrive on time to sign in and secure your spot on the floor. Class will start at 9:15am!

Parking: Lime Garage (9am in the earliest they start letting people through security and the parking garages)

Items to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
